Early on June 25th we will have the Moon exactly conjunct the Sun at 4 degrees Cancer, a New Moon in Cancer!
They will be conjunct Jupiter in Cancer, and square to Saturn and Neptune in Aries, as well as a trine to Mars in Virgo.
There is a lot of movement this week, some more easeful than others, but all of this is for your greatest good in this present moment, this tension will light a spark that will carry through the next year…with Jupiter conjunct this New Moon there is an opportunity to gain wisdom and to start a new story line for yourself.

There is also an opportunity for some karma to resolve and complete, with Saturn in Aries square to the New Moon, it will not be fun or playful or probably feel great, but its more like when you get a bunch of immunizations before going on a wild trip to a place you have never been…the shots, the potential sickness from them, and the need to protect yourself from outside elements that your body has never experienced.
All made worth it in order to climb that mountain, sit on that remote beach, or hike through that jungle because it is what you desire.
I would guess that intentional child birth is a similar ride, you are growing, and building, and creating all in an effort to give birth, which is decidedly not fun, and I believe there are many times in pregnancy that are not fun, but worth it because at the end of the journey you have a lil baby that you birthed.
This New Moon has similar vibes.
Cancer is ruled by the Moon, and is the sign of home, of nurturing, of self reflection, of emotional needs and where your bare minimum lies.
Cancer energy is creative, protective, playful, sensitive, nurturing, kind hearted and has a softness to it that should not be taken advantage of…because the flip side of Cancer can be snappy, shitty, knee deep in emotional warfare, victimizing, needy, moody, and has no control of their needs or emotions around those needs.
I always think of the ocean with Cancer, it can be calm or it can be turbulent on the surface, but regardless there is always a fuck ton going on below the surface, and the evolved Cancer learns how to communicate these storms and this inner turbulence, otherwise they become a victim to life.

I believe the square to Saturn and Neptune in Aries, for the past few days, and on this New Moon is shedding light on where you might be just have a smaller idea of important.
Jupiter in Cancer is here to help make it bigger, brighter and bolder so that it pushes your growth edges into evolution.
Neptune rules over dreams, ideals, illusions, intuition, the dissolving of boundaries, divine guidance, compassion, creativity, and when worked with can lead to a deeper interconnectedness with the Universe itself. It is who we build out our dreams with.
Saturn rules over discipline, structures, time, money, karma, government, rules, boundaries, responsibility, and it represents acquired knowledge, skills built and mastered, limitations, challenges, and obstacles to over come in order to reach self mastery. Saturn is who we reparent ourselves with, he keeps us in line and within our own moral and value based boundaries.
They are both in very early Aries…Aries is the most direct, the most clarifying, the quickest and the most actionable energy of the Zodiac.
It is bold, it claims what is right, it moves without hesitation and can create anything it desires from this place. It is confident and clear in its needs, desires, and capacity.
So with this New Moon, there is an opportunity to clarify the structures, responsibility, devotion and plan created (Saturn) so that it can loosen its grip and let the energy of its dreams drift down through the cosmos, to let the intangible come into form from your creation, to let your self surrender enough and trust even more of your own capabilities, of your own tools, and of your own magic (Neptune).
The Sun and Moon are creating a home for you to be fully yourself, to embody your true nature and to only move in ways that makes sense for you in the present moment.

Saturn wants to show you what matters, what is under your control and what you can take action towards, it wants you to build the foundation for your home with good materials, a kind team to support you and to build with a set of plans to work from.
Neptune wants you to make space for an empty room in this house, one you can go to and sit in and dream of what you might do with it, until one day you go sit in there and it drops in, it clicks, it sparks something within that lets you move and create without.
Without needing.
Without caring.
Without fear.
Without the boxes checked.
Without pain of the past.
Without judgement.
Without scarcity.
Without worry of perception.
Without control.
Without need of approval or engagement.
Without overthinking.
Without anticipation of what they will think or say.
Without expectation, yours or mine.
But not, without love. Not without compassion. Not without care and intention.
I beleive the square to Mars in Virgo that this New Moon is making is here to help discern what you can be and embody without. It is here to help us make logical emotional moves towards evolving these lower emotions into something that uplifts, supports and amplifies the growth, wisdom and mastery available to us if we just slow down and double check the plan.
I think it is also here to help you make small, tangible, successful and supportive steps towards a goal or dream or desire. Mars likes to make moves, and do it quickly with passion!
Virgo on the other hand likes to observe, feel from that observation, and to move forward with strategic baby steps so that it can stay within its capacity as it grows, expands and gains deeper wisdom.
Virgo’s middle name is intention. Mars middle name is push. So how can we learn to push forward, but with intention? Mars in Virgo is here to help us find this balance within ourselves.

The seeds I am planting this New Moon are those of internal peace, hope, trust and surrender, as well as external peace for all, understanding for those seeking, and a fresh perspective that allows for creativity, kindness and support.
I am seeking honesty, within and without. I am allowing the good to flow in, and what has completed to leave with love. I am resting in trust and surrender. I am feeling into what I need moment to moment, not situation to situation, I am distilling.
This New Moon will be taking place in my first house, in conjunction with my natal Chiron, and opposing my Capricorn Stellium in my 7th house….aka I am getting my shit rocked, within and without.

Random side note; there is this town near where my dad lived in Vermont, called Ripton (if you blinked too long you’d miss it) there was a Robert Frost interpretive path that you could walk and see and feel his inspiration for some of his poetry. I just remember walking along this path through the dense woods, stopping to read what felt to me like some of the heaviest words I had ever felt, and loving it.
I have a Pisces Sun, Virgo Moon, Gemini Rising. With Cancer as most of my first house, and with Chiron there, opposing a very serious Capricorn stellium…to say I like deeply intense emotions is an understatement, when I was younger it would drown me…forcing me to dissociate and swim back to my surface.
4+ years of therapy, an equine guided retreat, finding IFS therapy, energy work and meditation, separating from energy that is not mine to carry, and learning to release energy that is not mine has let me reengage this love of deep, dark, intangible and poetic feelings, words and transcendence.
But I do not have the capacity to do it with others yet, and that is a seed I am planting with this New Moon. I desire so deeply to be able to connect with others in this messy middle, in this darkness, in this deep feeling, but there are still some parts of my self that need to protect, need to save me from myself.
I also have Jupiter in my 12th House, and an Aquarius stellium in my 10th…so I am absolutley obsessed with the weird, mystical, occult, unseen, below the surface kinda things, and not in the “Im a witch” kinda way, but in the like I want to study them all from an academic lens so that I can blend the logical and the mystical together in my own understanding.
I want to learn, know and experience these things. Not to be a witch, but to be in deeper, softer, and a more expansive connection with these elements and aspects of the human experience. And like sure, I wanna heal , and deprogram, and unwind and all of the juicy goodness that comes from accessing this part of Self, but I also just wanna play in the expereince and see what happens.
Fuck around and find out, but spiritually.

What can you surrender to that will make space for something more aligned for you to come through. Where can you trust deeper so that roots may hold tight this time.
Trust in what your body feels. What the pace of your heart mirrors. Surrender in the energy you sense, release what you don’t recognize.
I would say some reflection would be good on the New Moon, maybe even looking back to 2013/2014, the last time Jupiter was in Cancer, and notice any growth, expansion, or evolution between now and then.
I will also be moving my body physically everyday this week and next, with Mars involved it is a good idea to find your personal way of moving energy. That might be running, dancing, swim, pilates, spin, or the gym.
It can also look like an intentional dog walk where you feel your body and let it give you any messages it has for you.
I could look like taking your kiddo to a new park and exploring together, staying present with them and experiencing the park through their eyes.
Just move whatever energy that pops up, not to run from it, but to accpet it into your body and let it move to the appropriate place.
Plant your seeds bb, trust in your heart, surrender to your desires, and feel your body transmute old emotions into newer, more evolved and right for you in this moment.
You are so powerful, allow it, just like the ocean or a flower blooming.
